Watercolour Month

July is officially World Watercolor Month—a global celebration of creativity through water-based art. Artists and makers around the world take part by creating one small watercolor artwork a day for 31 days.

But here at Ivytree Studio, we’re doing things a little differently.

We’re transforming this creative movement into a faith-based journey—an invitation to slow down, reflect on Scripture, and reconnect with God through the gentle, flowing nature of watercolor.

Why We’re Doing This

As Highly Sensitive Creative Christian Women, we often feel the emotional and sensory overload of the world more deeply than most. But that sensitivity is also a God-given strength—a spiritual sensitivity that can open us up to deeper worship, reflection, and creativity.

Watercolor is the perfect medium for the sensitive soul: it’s intuitive, forgiving, and quietly beautiful. Pair that with daily Scripture-based prompts, and you’ve got a simple, soulful rhythm of daily rest and renewal.

What’s Included
