As a mixed media artist, educator, and content creator, I’ve spent over 25 years in the world of teaching and creativity. I’ve experienced the challenges and rewards of building an art-based business, pouring my heart into projects, and ultimately finding a way to honor God through every brushstroke, sketch, and journal entry.

Why I’m Here

Art and faith have shaped my journey in beautiful ways. As a highly sensitive person, I know the struggles of feeling deeply, balancing emotions, and managing the unique demands sensitivity brings. God has shown me that my sensitivity is a gift, and through creative arts and the Word, I’ve discovered how to turn that gift into a way to serve others.

My faith is my foundation, and it’s my hope to share the comfort, strength, and wisdom I find in Scripture with other creative Christian women. Through my Artful Ways membership, I offer a space where we can explore faith-centered creativity together, supporting each other as we grow closer to our Savior.

In 2016, I co-founded Ivytree Studio with my sister, and it has grown into a ministry of creative expression for women seeking both spiritual growth and artistic inspiration. Alongside my classes, blogs, and resources, I focus on the powerful combination of art journaling, Bible journaling, and creative exploration. Here, we embrace our unique temperaments, encourage each other, and cultivate a community where we can draw nearer to God and discover His purpose for our lives.
