I understand that not every woman arrives at the holidays with the same story. And that's one of the reasons I created Holiday Club so many years ago and it is still serving me and the community I love. I wanted to create a place where women could come together, open God's Word, enjoy their creativity and find meaningful connection during a season that can sometimes feel overwhelming.
A place to belong.
A place to make something lovely.
A place to remember God's faithfulness and celebrate the little things that make life meaningful.

ALMOST A DECADE OF CREATIVE MEMORIES
A much-loved Ivytree Studio annual tradition
Holiday Club began in 2017 with Christmas projects and Scrapbook collections, and 2027 will mark ten years since I started Ivytree Studio with my sister!
Over the years, Holiday Club took shape within Camp Creative Experiences and Club Creative.
We've created handmade journals, celebrated Advent,
watched golden oldies and vintage Christmas movies together, documented precious memories,
enjoyed creative challenges and shared our stories.
We've laughed, prayed, encouraged one another and
discovered that meaningful creativity can bring women together, even when we live far apart.
Some projects have become annual traditions.
Others have changed and grown as we've discovered new ways to enjoy our creativity and slow down our very busy lives during this last part of the year. Reflecting over the year past is part of the tradition.
But the heart behind Holiday Club has remained the same.
Making God's Word our home while creating meaningful memories and friendships. #DocumentingtheGoodStuff
This year, we're continuing that tradition with a fresh

NOVEMBER — JESUS, COFFEE AND GRATITUDE
Gather the Good Stuff
November is our invitation to slow down and recognise God's goodness.
We'll enjoy a fresh Jesus, Coffee and Gratitude journaling experience, combining Scripture, prayer, everyday memories and handmade creativity.
We'll explore how gratitude becomes more than a list of blessings.
It becomes a conversation with the Lord.
A way of saying, "Thank You, Father, for carrying me through this season."
We'll gather little paper treasures, create journaling pockets, work in our handmade notebooks and document the goodness we discover in our everyday lives.

DECEMBER — ADVENT AND THE STORY OF JESUS
Make Room for What Matters
December is a time to remember why we celebrate Christmas.
Through our Advent devotional journey, we'll turn our attention to Jesus, explore Scripture and enjoy meaningful creative traditions.
We'll also document our December days, creating a personal record of the moments, memories and experiences that make this season special.
There will be room for quiet reflection, creative play, familiar traditions and the simple joy of preparing our hearts for Christmas.

JANUARY — AVIVA: RENEW AND RISE
A Fresh Beginning With God
As the new year begins, we'll enjoy our Aviva creative journey.
A time to reflect, renew our focus and consider the season ahead.
We'll explore Scripture, document our hopes and prayers, and begin the year with meaningful creative intentions.
Not with pressure to become a completely different person.
But with a desire to grow in faith, recognise God's purpose and continue becoming the woman He created us to be.

The Little Traditions That Make Holiday Club Special
Holiday Club isn't just about completing projects.
It's about enjoying experiences together and documenting the stories behind them.
Our Holiday Movie Traditions
Every year, we return to some of our favourite films.
Why watch the same movies again?
Because we're not the same women we were last year!
Our circumstances change. Our families change. Our perspectives change.
And sometimes a familiar story speaks to us differently in a new season of life.
We watch, reflect, journal and share what stood out to us.
We'll also have a bonus movie room with additional viewing inspiration, and you're welcome to share the meaningful, faith-affirming films you've enjoyed with your family.
Our Holiday Pamper Party
At least once during Holiday Club, we'll make time for a little pampering.
Perhaps a manicure, a pedicure, a facial or simply an afternoon of taking care of yourself.
And yes, we'll document that too!
Because looking after ourselves and appreciating the bodies and lives God has given us can become part of our gratitude journey.
December Daily Memories
We'll document the little stories of December.
A photograph, a favourite meal, a meaningful conversation, a family tradition, a quiet morning or an unexpected moment of joy.
Not every day needs a spectacular event.
Sometimes the ordinary days hold the sweetest memories.
Creative Friendship Projects
Some of my favourite Holiday Club memories have come from the projects we've created together as a community.
We've exchanged digital postcards, shared messages and created printable keepsakes that women could add to their journals.
This year, we'll be bringing back that spirit of connection with new opportunities to share, encourage and get to know one another.
Imagine adding a little message from a new creative friend to your holiday journal!
Creative Projects and Handmade Goodness
Expect beautiful papers, journaling prompts, little booklets, pockets, envelopes, Scripture cards, handmade projects and plenty of inspiration.
New coordinating printable kits will also be introduced in the Ivytree Studio shop.
You can use the supplies you already have, add your favourite printable collections or enjoy a combination of both.
A CREATIVE FLOW THAT FITS YOUR LIFE
There is no catching up at Ivytree Studio.
One of the things I love most about our Creative Flow is that it gives us a gentle rhythm without demanding that every woman work at the same pace.
Throughout Holiday Club, we'll enjoy our familiar seven-day approach to creative faith journaling.
Meaningful Monday invites us into Scripture writing.
Hopefilled Tuesday gives us space for art journaling.
Word & Worship Wednesday encourages deeper Bible study.
Heartful Thursday helps us document gratitude.
Uniquely You Friday invites personal reflection.
Slow & Creative Saturday makes room for unhurried creating.
And Sunday Pockets & Prayer brings us back to prayer and reflection.
You can follow the rhythm daily, choose a few favourite activities each week or return to a project when you have more time.
You don't need to do everything to belong.
Your journal can travel with you, whether you're enjoying a quiet holiday at home, visiting family, heading to the beach or taking a little trip.
All you need is a little time, a willing heart and a few simple supplies.
