10 Days of Journaling - My New Season

A New Season, A New Journaling Journey

A Bible Journaling Challenge for the Highly Sensitive Creative Christian Woman

As women, we walk through many seasons—times of joy and laughter, moments of stretching and growth, and valleys where we must cling tightly to God’s hand. For Highly Sensitive Christian Women, these shifts can feel even more intense. We often sense the changes deeply in our hearts long before they are visible in our lives.

That’s why seasonal journaling is such a powerful practice. It gives us space to pause, reflect, and lean into God’s timing with purpose.

This month, I want to invite you into something special:

10 Days of Journaling: My New Season

Why a 10-Day Journey?

Life doesn’t stand still—and neither does our walk with the Lord. Each new season is an invitation from Him to:

  • Release the old without carrying its burdens forward.

  • Notice His timing and the quiet shifts He’s working in your heart.

  • Renew your faith with fresh promises from His Word.

  • Step into joy knowing He is making all things new.

Over the course of ten gentle days, you’ll spend time with Scriptures like Ecclesiastes 3:1, Isaiah 43:18–19, and Romans 8:28—verses that remind us of God’s perfect timing and His promise to bring blessing in every season. Each day offers you a Scripture, a reflection question, and a journaling prompt designed to fit the sensitive and creative heart.

Closing Word

Friend, your sensitivity is not a weakness—it’s a gift. In every new season, God is inviting you to draw nearer, to listen more closely, and to grow in His love. My prayer is that this 10-Day journey becomes a gentle reset for your soul and a fresh reminder that the One who authors your seasons is faithful to complete His work in you.

And if you are not Highly Sensitive and reading here, perhaps you know someone in your life who has this temperament. Share this blog post with them to encourage their heart and show that you embrace, accept and love their sensitive hearts.
