Life often feels like a battlefield. As a Highly Sensitive woman, I know the weight of the struggles we carry—the overwhelming noise of the world, the intensity of emotions, and the unseen spiritual battles pressing in around us. In my own journey, I’ve learned that without God’s protection, I cannot stand strong. That’s why the Armour of God has become more than a metaphor to me—it is my covering, my shield, my safe place in Christ.

The Apostle Paul reminds us in Ephesians 6 to “put on the whole armour of God.” For tender, sensitive hearts like ours, this is more than a call to arms—it is a daily invitation to walk wrapped in His strength. The shield of faith protects our fragile places, the helmet of salvation steadies our anxious thoughts, and the sword of the Spirit gives us courage to face what we cannot fight alone.
